You are responsible for your login credentials, your utility token, and all actions performed through your account.
This platform is a QR-generation and payment-status verification utility that works only with the account holder's own UPI ID. It is not a payment gateway, not a payment aggregator, not a Payment Aggregator (PA) / Payment Gateway (PG) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and not a Payment System Provider (PSP). We do not open, hold or operate any UPI account, merchant account, wallet, nodal or escrow account, and we do not collect, hold, route or settle any funds whatsoever.
We do not provide any payment gateway API or payment/PSP API, and we do not offer merchant onboarding or merchant IDs. The only interface provided is a utility interface that generates a UPI intent / QR string for your own UPI ID and returns the status of a UPI reference that you supply. Such status information is informational only and is not a bank or NPCI confirmation.
We charge no transaction fee, MDR, commission or per-transaction charge of any kind. Our only revenue is a periodic subscription fee for the utility. Every UPI payment is made by your customer directly to your own UPI ID and never passes through this platform or its accounts. Usage is subject to an active subscription and to the technical limits of your own UPI application, your bank and NPCI.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or partnered with any bank, NPCI, UPI, PSP or payment gateway, and we do not claim that any bank, PSP or app approves of, supports or is associated with this tool. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe your own accounts/applications.
Fraudulent activity, misuse of the utility interface, and policy violations can result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or downtime at your own bank, UPI application or NPCI. We work to restore service as quickly as possible.
